Our Story
The Infinity of Dreams is family based brand by Dr. Donald S. Chandler, Jr. Inspired by his great-great grandfather, Lomax Cook, a successful business owner in Detroit, Michigan during the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. Dr. Chandler formally trained as a Specialist of Texas Wines from the Texa Wine School. Dr.. Chandler as a negotiant has created various private wine labels and products from the artwork of his childhood and mother, Gwendolyn Chandler. As a formally trained psychologist, Dr. Chandler brings forth his “emotional pairing” to wine tasting, coupled with the use of sound spicing and visualization from a private e-gallery.

Our Signature Wine Style
Our signature wine, Autumn Haiku is a fit for the novice and experienced wine drinker. Made from 75% Grenache and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon/Pinot Noir from the Paso Robles, CA region (2019-2020; ABV is 14.5%), it is an intentionally light dry body red blend with low acidity and low tannin. By design, the extra smoothness of Autumn Haiku is similar to a French Beaujolais style. The tasting notes are similar to its bouquet of red berries and cherries. It pairs well with wild and red meats dishes with mild spiciness.
